Cleanings:

www.arearugcleanmanhattan.com does not promise that every stain, spot, spill, mark, or odor will be removed completely. Some stains may be set into the material because of age, neglect, previous products used, lack of maintenance, fiber reaction, or long-term exposure.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to improve the condition of the item or surface being cleaned. If you are not satisfied with the original cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the original service date. After review, we may re-clean the original service area at no additional charge.

Any new service request, added area, added item, or unrelated concern requested within the 24-hour period will be charged separately.

There are no refunds on cleaning services.

Repairs:

During the initial visit, the technician will explain the repair service, expected process, and service details from beginning to end. Before repair work begins, the full amount for the service must be paid.

If Area Rug Clean Manhattan is hesitant to perform a requested repair because of the item’s condition, age, material, weakness, previous damage, or risk involved, but the customer still insists that the service be performed, www.arearugcleanmanhattan.com will not be responsible for the final outcome. The full service amount will still be due.

There are no refunds on repair services.

Sales/Installations:

All new sales, installations, carpets, window coverings, and rug pads are final sale. There are no exchanges, no returns, and no refunds on these items or services.

These items are custom ordered, measured, cut, prepared, and scheduled specifically for the customer. Once an order is placed, the manufacturer or supplier will not be able to stop the process.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sales, installations, carpets, window coverings, or rug pads.
